Hi! I’m Elena Krasnoperova.

I spent the last 25+ years working in Tech – and I think I managed to squeeze 50 years’ worth of work into 25 calendar years! In my last full-time role as a VP of Ads Analytics at Meta, I led a world-class team of 1,500+ data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, and product analysts who focused on optimizing and growing Meta’s $130B+ ads business.

I recently started a new chapter. I now help amazing, accomplished professional women find their “ikigai”: an intersection of what gives them joy, what they are great at, what the world needs, and what they can get paid for. I do it by hosting private, by-invitation-only, in-person events that combine inspiring content, great food, and opportunities to build deep and meaningful connections with other amazing women of wisdom.

Who are Women of Wisdom?

We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area (or travel there frequently)
We have 20+ years of professional experience in the tech industry
We may work full-time, have a portfolio career, run our own business, or be taking a career break
We have accomplished a lot but are not “done” making an impact
We are on a journey to live a life of ikigai

We held our inaugural event in Palo Alto in September and it was magical!
