A few of us are attending a Forest Bathing session with Wendy Figone in the morning. (You can reserve your spot here for $15 for Chaminade guests, $35 otherwise).

 

After the session, at approximately 1:00 pm, we will gather for a casual WOW lunch at Laili Restaurant in Santa Cruz. Laili offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes.

 

Whether you are attending the Forest Bathing session or not, you’re welcome to join us for lunch. It’s a simple everyone-pay-for-themselves gathering.
