Kim Scott is the best-selling author of “Radical Respect” and “Radical Candor”. She and Jason Rosoff co-founded Radical Candor, a company that helps people put the ideas in her books into practice.

Kim was a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and other tech companies. Together with Amy Sandler and Jason Rosoff, Kim co-hosts the Radical Candor podcast.

Kim was a member of the faculty at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams at Google. She’s also managed a pediatric clinic in Kosovo and started a diamond-cutting factory in Moscow. She lives with her family in Silicon Valley.

In addition to Radical Candor and Radical Respect, she is the author of three novels, Virtual Love, The Measurement Problem, and The Househusband.

Kim will talk about her latest book, “Radical Respect“. This book is about how to be respectful and respected at work – and transform your organization. Following the talk, there will be a Q&A. All attendees will get a complimentary copy of both of Kim’s books, “Radical Candor” and “Radical Respect”.
